Who I am

My name is Violaine. MY MORNING CUP is my shop, and I run it on my own, from Matoury, in French Guiana.

There is no team behind this site. When you write to customer service, I am the one who reads and replies.

One product

MY MORNING CUP sells one thing: a 600 ml cup with two compartments. Cereal on one side, milk on the other. You pour at the moment you eat, and your cereal is still crunchy at 10 a.m.

It is a simple object that solves an ordinary problem: the breakfast you skip because you leave too early. I am not claiming it changes a life. It does one thing well, and I would rather put it that way.

It comes in four colours — yellow, blue, pink, green — and it is not designed for hot drinks. I say so everywhere on the site, because a disappointed customer costs more than a lost sale.

How it works, plainly

I do not manufacture this cup. I chose it, ordered it, tested it at home and photographed it. It ships from my supplier's warehouse in China, with the carrier OMGO.

That is what explains the time frame I quote: 24 to 72 working hours of preparation, then 2 to 15 working days of delivery depending on the destination. You receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

I write all of this here rather than let you discover it. Within the European Union, there is nothing to pay on delivery: import VAT is settled upstream by the carrier. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be added, according to the rules of your country.

What I commit to

Free delivery, everywhere I ship, with no minimum order.
Taking the cup back within 14 days if you change your mind, without asking why.
Replacing or refunding, return costs included, if the product arrives damaged.
Answering every message within 5 working days.
