2. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the website. They do not govern the sale of our products: that is covered by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, accessible from the footer, which prevail over this document for everything concerning orders, prices, delivery, payment and withdrawal.
Browsing the website constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, we invite you not to use the website.
3. Access to the website
The website is accessible free of charge, 24 hours a day, subject to interruptions required for its maintenance or caused by circumstances beyond our control. We endeavour to ensure its availability without being able to guarantee it absolutely.
Internet access and equipment costs remain your responsibility.
4. Customer account
Creating an account is not compulsory in order to place an order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the operations carried out from your account. Notify us without delay in the event of unauthorised use.
You undertake to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.
5. Intellectual property
All the elements of the website — texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, trade marks, layout — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of SMAÏSTASOR or of its partners.

If you post a review, a comment or a photograph on the website, you warrant that you hold the rights to it and you authorise us to reproduce and distribute it as part of the promotion of our products, without financial consideration.
We reserve the right to remove any content that is unlawful, insulting, defamatory, contrary to public order or manifestly unrelated to our products. We do not modify or delete a review on the sole ground that it is unfavourable to us.

11. Amendment of the terms
We may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time of your visit. Orders in progress remain governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale accepted on the day of the order.
12. Applicable law, mediation and disputes
These terms are subject to French law.
In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer may have free recourse to a consumer ombudsman with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute. The competent ombudsman is:
